  • New tire installation fee includes mounting and balancing of tire. Leak check tire valve stem and tire to rim contact area and install on vehicle and torque wheel nuts to the manufacturers specifications.
  • Tested the alternator and it passed. Ran the engine for a period of time and tested charging system gain and it failed. We found that with all of the electrical components on and at idle or raising the engine RPM's the Voltage output wouldn't change and the voltage when at idle didn't change. Recommend alternator for this reason. Replaced the alternator and serpentine belt. re installed battery after trickle charging over night. tested alternator working as expected starts at 14.5 volts and drops down to charge as needed.
  • Replace the serpentine belt tensioner with the serpentine belt off.

  • After test driving a second time technician heard the noise. Racked the vehicle and found a heat shield laying on top of the muffler so we removed it. The bracket that secures the front exhaust pipe was bent and contacting the hanger portion of the front exhaust pipe. We bent the bracket and installed a self tapping screw to hold the bracket in place.
  • Replace the Power Steering Rack N Pinion outer tie rod s. Refill the power steering system with fluid. Bleed air form the power steering system and road test the vehicle.
  • Wheel Alignment. Road test the vehicle. Check steering and suspension and set tire pressures. Set steering wheel. Check wheel alignment angles and adjust to manufacturers specs. Road test.
  • replace both lower control arms
  • Additional labor to replace the high pressure power steering hose
